How a Published Report Is Produced
1. Collect Voices
We retrieve reviews across available periods and languages, then select up to 40 representative items while balancing language and recommendation stance.
2. AI Deciphers Content
Gemini organizes strengths, weaknesses, and recurring topics in the selected text. Material claims must link to valid review IDs and exact excerpts; results without verifiable support are not published.
3. Examining the "Stratigraphy" of Evaluation
When period-based reviews are available, the report shows monthly positive, negative, and short-playtime positive counts. It does not automatically infer the cause of a change or coordinated activity.
4. Compare Retrieved External Ratings
Metacritic or OpenCritic is compared only when retrieval succeeds. The AI does not fill missing external data.
5. Publish Statistical Signal and AI Narrative Separately
The 0–100 unusual-posting signal averages five fixed rules only when their input fields are available. It is kept separate from the AI narrative and is not a percentage or proof of fraud.

A Steam aggregate rating does not make it easy to inspect posting period, language, playtime, and the strengths or weaknesses described in each review at the same time. This lab organizes retrieved review samples to provide another set of materials to inspect before a purchase.

Google Gemini analyzes retrieved review text, recommendation verdicts, and playtime. Up to 40 representative reviews are sent to the model, and material claims are linked to quoted evidence. Metacritic or OpenCritic is compared only when retrieval succeeds; uncollected sources such as Reddit are not presented as verified.
