FAQ

Q. Who is the operator?
It is operated by NK Giken, an independent development unit.
Q. How does AI analysis work?
Google Gemini analyzes up to 40 representative retrieved reviews, including text, recommendation verdict, and playtime. Material claims are linked to source excerpts. External ratings are compared only when Metacritic or OpenCritic retrieval succeeds.
Q. Is the result 100% accurate?
No. Results are estimates tied to the retrieved review sample and retrieval time. The 0–100 unusual-posting signal is not a percentage, a finding about individual reviews or author intent, or proof of manipulation. Inspect the cited evidence and official information.
Q. Does it cost money?
All functions are free to use. This site continues operation and development with ad revenue and donations from volunteers.
Q. Do I need to log in with Steam?
Ordinary search and analysis do not require Steam login. Watchlists are stored in browser localStorage. See the Privacy Policy for information handled by contact, analytics, and other optional features.
Q. Are there games that cannot be analyzed?
A report requires retrievable reviews and enough evidence to pass the publication checks. Review shortages, access restrictions, Steam API failures, and unsupported content can prevent analysis or publication.
Q. Where can I send requests for new features or bug reports?
Please feel free to contact us via the "Contact Form" on the site. At NK Giken, we improve our algorithms daily based on feedback from gamers.
Q. How long does analysis take?
Timing depends on review retrieval and AI processing, and requests can fail or time out. A stored result is shown only when it passes the publication checks; missing metrics and below-standard results are not published.
Q. Why does it say "Cached"?
A previously stored, publication-ready result is being displayed. It reflects its listed analysis time and may differ from current store data; a newer result is shown only after another analysis succeeds and passes the checks.
