- UBIから発売された5作~7作目とは全く別の、GoG.comで歴代1位の売上数を誇る3作目の正統なる後継作となりうるゲームではないかと思います。
- ちょっと今風にマイルドバランスで綺麗になったHoMM3。
- HoMM3経験者ならチュートリアル一切不要でプレイできます。
- ゲーム自体は王道のスタイルで面白い。
- 日本語もあるのでプレイ人口増えてほしい。

- The visuals are stunning, and there's a clear sense of care put into every part of the experience—from the new stories and excellent campaign design to the music and SFX.

- It has extremely high replayability – different map layouts, resource spawn points, different factions, heroes, and game modes are waiting.

- The epic background music does instantly immerse me in a fantasy world.
- The core of Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is as solid as the series has ever been.
- The game is tempo - it's excellent.
- The shortened battlefield might be unfamiliar to someone, but it's a really good change. No more relying solely on the 'Slow + Archers' tactic.
- The 'skills + subskills' mechanic is great. It takes the best of both worlds: the speed of HoMM 3 and the balance of HoMM 5.
⚠️ 気になる点
- アーリーアクセスだけあってちょこちょことバグがありますね
- アイテムや部隊をドラッグアンドドロップで移動させる際に、たまに反応しないことがある。
- 文明作れる?作れない。既存の文明から選ぶ。
- 個性出せる要素は文明選択時にスターティングヒーローを選ぶくらい。
- The UI is a bit too big.
- The World Watcher is fucking OP. It has a lot of HP, spawns in high numbers, has high damage, has sharpshooter, has duelist, is 90% immune against magic.
- I'm kinda disappointed in the performance on Steam Deck. Pretty much the same as the demo. Running at 1080p, medium, and barely hitting 30.
- Visibility can be a bit overwhelming in this game when first playing.
- The UI can feel cluttered and harder to read at a glance.
- The new factions feel as if the devs focused grouped it on what “gamers” might think is cool or interesting rather than weaving it into what has come before.
- I don't love the cleaner aesthetic either, there was something magical and beautiful about the old HoMM games.
- The graphic style seems too cartoonish and really lacks that high fantasy vibe.
- It's hard to pinpoint the exact location where you want to go; it's not intuitive at all so I was misclicking.
- Unlocking super special abilities relies completely on RNG which honestly is just absolutely terrible design.
- Grove's native biome is simply awful. The city-building screen also needs fixing; it's ugly and hard to read.
- A lot of information in the game isn't properly highlighted either.
- My biggest issue is with the Grove. I don't understand why this faction doesn't include pixies and unicorns.
